At Phoenix Strength we build machines for daily commercial use, and when something doesn't meet that standard, we tell you and we fix it, free of charge. This is the first bulletin on our Product Updates blog, where we'll publish every design change, improvement, and part upgrade across the range.

The issue

We've identified an issue with the high-density plastic tubing inserts used in the telescopic extensions of the Phoenix V1 Leg Extension. These inserts don't meet the long-term durability standard we hold our machines to.

The fix

We've upgraded the design. New premium HDPU (high-density polyurethane) replacement inserts are now available for every V1 Leg Extension, free of charge. HDPU is significantly tougher and more wear-resistant than the original high-density plastic, and it's now the standard fitted to all new units.

What to do if you own a V1 Leg Extension
