Astro Turf
Dense, short-pile commercial gym turf. Sleds glide, it doesn't mat, and it lays flush with our 15mm rubber tiles. Built for gym floors, not front lawns.
WHICH ROLL IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Same turf, same backing, same pile. Three rolls from stock, or go full custom.

BUILT FOR SLEDS, NOT SHOWROOMS
Long-pile landscape turf looks lush and drags terribly. This is gym turf: dense, short and stitched tight, so the push feels the same on metre one and metre twenty.
Holds firm under weighted prowlers, battle ropes and repeated agility work. No buckling, no creeping, no ripples after month three.
300 stitches per metre, 31,500 tufts per square metre. That density is why it doesn't mat flat and go slick where the sleds run, the way cheap import turf does.
Sits at the same height as our 15mm rubber tiles, so turf lanes and lifting zones meet with no trip lip. One floor, two surfaces, square joins.
UV-stabilised fibres hold their colour in the Queensland sun. Works on outdoor pads, car parks and rooftops as well as the gym floor.
Nine colours on the custom order book. Logos, wordmarks and line markings cut and inlaid so they wear at the same rate as the floor around them.
Rolls arrive cut and ready. Secure with double-sided tape or adhesive — no specialist install for standard lanes. Our crews install across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
NINE COLOURS.
ONE IN STOCK.
Ferrari Red is on the shelf and ships in days. Every other colour is made to order with minimum quantities — the black, green and blue floors you see in our fit-outs all started as a phone call.
ASK ABOUT A COLOURYOUR LOGO, WOVEN INTO THE FLOOR
Send Andy your logo file and floor plan. The inlay is quoted as part of your turf order — no minimum for logo additions when paired with a turf purchase.

Do the white metre markings cost extra?
Yes — markings are quoted with your roll. They're numbered every metre down the lane, inlaid rather than painted, so they wear at the same rate as the turf.
Can I run it outdoors?
Yes. The fibres are UV-stabilised, and it's on outdoor pads, rooftops and Defence training sheds around the country.
How does it sit next to rubber tiles?
Flush. The turf finishes at the same height as our 15mm rubber tiles, so sleds roll from rubber to turf with no trip lip and no ramp strip.
How is it installed?
Standard lanes: double-sided tape or adhesive, done in an afternoon. Wider floors are laid edge to edge with the seams cut and secured so it reads as one surface. Our crews install across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
How long until it arrives?
Ferrari Red rolls ship from stock in 3–7 business days. Custom colours, sizes and logo inlays are made to order in 3–6 weeks. Freight is quoted up front either way.
NEED THE RUBBER TO GO WITH IT?
Dense rubber tiles where the weight drops, turf where the sleds run — both at 15mm, meeting flush. Get the free measure-up, sample pack and buyer's guide.
