The LCPC Light Commercial Power Cage Pro, by Phoenix
The LCPC Pro is designed for at home or light commercial studio users, who want to get a huge amount of bang for buck from their power cage system, and achieve a high number of exercises from one machine.
The LCPC Pro was designed to hit a full body workout, and include a plate loaded cable and pulley system to achieve an even bigger range of exercises that normal power cages miss.
We included the following free weight / body weight attachments:
• Multi grip chin up bar
• J hooks
• Full length safety rails
• Dip Bar
• Hip Thrust Pad for barbell hip thrusts / glute max
• Bulgarian Split Squat Roller
• Band Pegs
Then we included a standard seated row and lat pull down, with a plate loaded weight stack.
We included an optional extra kit, the cable crossover kit with adjustable cable columns, again in plate loaded.
