Common questions

Which power band should I start with?
For pull-up assist, start with Medium (Blue) if you can do 0 to 3 pull-ups, or Light (Yellow) if you can do 4 or more. For banded barbell work, most lifters start with Light or Medium.
Can I stack two bands together?
Yes. Stacking doubles resistance. Common combos: Light + Medium for pull-up assist, Large + X-Large for heavy accommodating resistance.
What is the difference between power bands and micro bands?
Power bands are full-length 2080mm loops for pull-up assistance and barbell work up to 85kg. Micro bands are short 41" loops for activation, warm-up and rehab from as little as 2kg.
Why natural latex?
Natural latex stretches further, snaps back harder and outlasts synthetic blends. Combined with zero-join construction, it removes the failure points of cheap imports.
