Not every facility fits a straight-line rig. Staircase rigs, multi-level configurations, L-shapes that wrap around columns, T-shapes that anchor a floor plan, franchise rollout specs that need to replicate across 20 locations — Phoenix Strength designs and builds all of it.

Specialist rigs start with a conversation about your space. Andy has designed and installed over 1,000 commercial gym configurations across Australia and the Pacific. If you can describe it, he can spec it. If it needs a drawing, he can get you a technical drawing. If it's a multi-site franchise, he can lock in a specification that replicates consistently.

Common Specialist Applications

• Staircase rigs — uprights at ascending heights to follow a staircase or mezzanine line
• Franchise spec rigs — standardised configuration for rollout across multiple locations (MOQs apply)
• Obstacle course sections — monkey bars, elevated platforms, rope climb anchors, traverse walls
• L-shape and U-shape configurations — wrapping around existing structural features
• High-bay rigs — 3500mm uprights for warehouse-height facilities
• Hybrid systems — combining wall-mounted and free standing sections in the same run

System Specs (Standard Across All Configurations)

• Uprights: 75 × 75mm SHS, 4mm wall (Premium) or 3mm wall (Standard)
• Hole diameter: 25mm | Hole spacing: 25mm centres
• Heights: 2500mm / 2750mm / 3000mm / 3500mm (or mixed)
• Compatible with all Phoenix and Valkyrie attachments (25mm/25mm spec)
• Finish: Powder coat black (custom RAL available)
