Why facilities choose the LCPC Pro
Every call we take about this unit comes down to the same three things: floor space, budget, and whether it will still be standing in five years.
A cage, a lat pulldown, a seated row and a cable crossover bought separately cost more and take roughly four times the floor area. This is one structure with one footprint.
No pin, no selector, no proprietary stack. It loads on 50 mm Olympic sleeves, so your existing plates set the resistance and there is nothing extra to service.
Heavy gauge square section through the uprights and frame, powder coated for high sweat, high traffic rooms.
At 2,354 mm tall it clears most garage and studio ceilings. Check your height before ordering and we will confirm the fit with you.
Add the cable crossover kit later and the same cage becomes a full crossover station. You are not buying a second machine.
Phoenix Strength is Australian owned. Parts, tech questions and warranty go through the local team, not an overseas inbox.
Add the cable crossover kit
Two plate loaded towers bolt onto the cage and turn it into a full crossover station: chest flies, high and low cable work, tricep pushdowns, face pulls and cable rows. Adds 2,414 mm height and 2,242 mm depth to the footprint.
$449.00 as an add-on, or choose the "With Cable Crossover Kit" option above and it ships with the cage.

Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, call Andy. He answers his own phone.
Is the lat pulldown plate loaded or a weight stack?
Plate loaded. The carriage runs on twin guide rods and takes standard 50 mm Olympic plates, so you set the resistance with the plates you already own. There is no selector stack to service or outgrow.
Will it fit in my garage?
It stands 2,354.5 mm tall and needs 1,407 mm of width and 1,730 mm of depth, plus room to walk around it. Measure your ceiling first. If it is close, call and we will work it through with you before you order.
Can I add the crossover kit later?
Yes. The kit bolts to the same cage, so you can start with the base unit and upgrade when the budget allows.
Which cable attachments fit?
It uses a standard snap hook, so any lat bar, V-bar, rope, straight bar or D-handle will connect.
Does it ship assembled?
It ships flat packed with instructions. Budget 2 to 3 hours with two people.
Is it up to commercial use?
It is built for light commercial duty, which covers PT studios, small group training rooms and serious home gyms. For a high traffic 24/7 floor, call us and we will point you at the right rack instead of selling you the wrong one.
Andy quotes directly on multi unit orders for studios, gyms and corporate spaces, including colour matching and freight. Call and talk it through rather than guessing from a page.
