The seat and back pad sit tight together, so there is no hole under your lower back on flat or low incline work. It feels like one pad, not two.

100 x 50 x 2.5 mm main tube, powder coated, with 7 cm thick upholstery and a 600 kg+ weight rating. Built to take daily use in a commercial gym, not just a garage.

The back pad and seat adjust independently, so you can dial in the angle and stay locked in place through the set.

What does the foot pad kit add?
It turns the Z4 into a full flat, incline, decline bench. The foot pad locks your legs in for decline press, decline sit ups and ab work. Choose "With Bench Foot Pad" above and it ships with the bench.
What does zero gap mean?
The seat and back pad sit hard up against each other, so there is no gap under your lower back. On decline, the gap closes up again so it rides like one solid bench.
What weight is it rated to?
600 kg+. That covers your bodyweight plus any loaded barbell or dumbbells you will realistically press.
What is the difference between the Z4 and the CFI4?
The Z4 is the full FID bench with a zero gap seat and decline option. The CFI4 is a simpler flat and incline bench on a 3 mm frame. See the comparison further down.
Can I get it in a different colour?
