Phoenix Squat Wedges

Release: Phoenix Squat Wedges. 10, 20 and 30 Degree Pairs, Built for Deep Squatting

New Release
Released 20 January 2026 · Phoenix Squat Wedges

Limited ankle mobility is the number one thing keeping lifters out of a deep, upright squat. Heel elevation fixes it instantly, at the ankle, the knee and the hip. Our squat wedges are high-density rubber, sold in pairs, with a non-slip surface that doesn't move under a loaded barbell.

Set your stance. Not the other way around.

Because each wedge is independent, you place them exactly where your squat wants them: wider or narrower, toes out as far as your hips need. That freedom to externally rotate is what lets the hips open naturally and the knees track over the toes, for a smooth, upright squat through a full range of motion.

Grip that's part of the wedge, not glued on

The anti-slip surface is moulded into the high-density rubber itself. No grit tape to peel, no coating to wear through. The wedge grips the floor and your shoes grip the wedge, rep after rep, under commercial gym traffic.

More than squats

Drop them under the heels for front squats, goblet squats and leg press foot positioning, under the toes for calf and tibialis work, or under a bench for incline tweaks. One pair ends up everywhere in the gym. That's why most gyms take the full set.

Pick your angle

10°
Low-profile elevation for lifters with good ankle mobility who want a small positional advantage.
$95 / pair
20°
The all-rounder. Mid elevation for intermediate ankle restriction and lower-body training variety.
$105 / pair
30°
Maximum heel elevation for athletes with limited ankle mobility or long femurs. Deep squatting, unlocked.
$120 / pair

Most gyms run the full set

Different members, different ankles. Commercial gyms and serious home setups take one pair of each angle so every lifter can find their position, and coaches can progress athletes from 30 down to 10 as mobility improves.
