A super simple ladder system takes the back pad from flat to incline. Quick to change, nothing to strip or wear out.

Questions we get asked
Does it decline?
No. The CFI4 is flat and incline. If you want decline, look at the Z4 FID with the foot pad kit.
What weight is it rated to?
600 kg+. That covers your bodyweight plus any loaded barbell or dumbbells you will realistically press.
How does it adjust?
A simple ladder system under the back pad. Lift, move it to the next rung and drop it in. Quick between sets.
What is the difference between the CFI4 and the Z4?
The CFI4 is the simpler flat and incline bench on a heavier 3 mm wall. The Z4 adds a zero gap seat and a decline option with the foot pad kit.
Is it built for a commercial gym?
Yes. It is one of our most popular benches with gym owners, built for daily use on a busy floor.
