The Phoenix Free Standing 3 Cell Rig is the most common configuration for serious commercial facilities, CrossFit boxes, strength and conditioning centres, PT studios running group sessions, and defence facilities. Three cells across both sides means six athletes training simultaneously from one self-supporting frame.
Three 1080mm cells joined by 1800mm connectors, twelve uprights. Each cell is wide enough for a 7ft barbell with athletes training on both sides. The free standing configuration means you're not limited by where your structural walls are, the rig goes where the floor plan needs it.
Standard depth is 1080mm. Wide boy is 1800mm. Both are available and both support full training on either side. The bolt-together construction means this rig can be extended to 4+ cells later without replacing what you've already built.
