A 2-cell Phoenix wall rig fits 2 people training at the same time. Two working stations, each 1800mm wide, enough room for a full 7ft Olympic barbell on each side, or 6ft and 5ft bars in tighter spaces.
Wall-mounted means the structure anchors to your wall rather than sitting on the floor, keeping your training floor open. The most popular starting point for small PT studios and boutique gyms adding a rig without committing to a full commercial floor setup.
